Welcome to CardMatchly. By accessing or using our website, our browser extension, AI features, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Children under 13: The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@cardmatchly.com and we will take steps to delete such information. This provision is intended to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
CardMatchly provides an AI-powered credit card recommendation interface, accessible via our website and Telegram bot. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Our optional browser extension reads the web address, title, and displayed transaction total of the cart and checkout pages you visit, for the sole purpose of identifying the merchant and generating a card recommendation; it does not monitor or record your general browsing activity. Installation and use of the extension are entirely optional, and you may disable or remove it at any time through your browser's settings.
A registered account via Kinde is required to access the AI agent and all core features of the Service. Access via Telegram requires linking your Telegram account to a registered CardMatchly account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@cardmatchly.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
By linking your Telegram account, you consent to receive optional service notifications through the bot, such as monthly recaps and bonus-cap alerts; you may discontinue these at any time by unlinking your Telegram account.
If you enable browser (web push) notifications, you consent to receive optional service notifications on your device, such as bonus-cap alerts and reminders; you may discontinue these at any time by disabling notifications in your browser or device settings.
Our Service uses Google Gemini and third-party merchant lookup services to generate credit card recommendations. Card earn rates, bonus categories, and caps come from our own card rewards database, which we update when issuers change their programs but which may lag behind those changes. Merchant categories are identified using third-party lookup services. The Service does not track sign-up bonuses or limited-time promotions. The same accuracy disclaimers below apply when using the AI agent via Telegram.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Billing is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars (USD). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to provide valid and current payment information.
Automatic renewal: Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge the then-current price to your payment method, until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you through the Service at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after that notice. You may cancel before then to avoid the new price.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Manage Billing in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro access until then, and you will not be charged again.
Account deletion: Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. Because deletion permanently removes your account, your Pro access ends at that point. No refund is given for any unused portion of your billing period. If you wish to use Pro until the end of your billing period, cancel your subscription first and delete your account after that period ends.
Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, including:
Free Trial & Usage Limits:Free accounts receive a one-time allowance of 5 prompts with no time limit. Once this allowance is exhausted, access to the AI agent requires a paid subscription. Pro subscribers receive a prompt allowance that resets on a monthly billing cycle. Individual prompts are limited to 2,000 characters. Free accounts may save up to 3 cards to their wallet (accounts that saved more before this limit was introduced keep their existing cards), and certain features, such as card recommendations and monthly card insights, are available only to Pro subscribers. The features and limits of each plan are described on our Pricing page and may change over time; we will give you reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes. You may earn additional free prompts by referring new users who link the Telegram bot. Referral bonuses accrue to both parties, are subject to per-account caps and anti-abuse limits, and may be modified, withheld, or withdrawn where abuse is detected or at our reasonable discretion.

Our content: All content, software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to CardMatchly. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your inputs: You retain ownership of any content or data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant CardMatchly a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Corrections and feedback: If you submit a merchant category correction, flag a recommendation, or send us feedback or suggestions, you grant CardMatchly a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that submission to improve the Service, including by applying category corrections for all users. Your corrections are never attributed to you publicly, and we have no obligation to act on any submission.
AI outputs: AI-generated responses are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We make no representation regarding the intellectual property status of AI outputs, and you assume full responsibility for any use thereof.
You may not use the Service to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardMatchly, its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated inaccuracies, service interruptions, or data loss.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardMatchly and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Singapore, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account, or by posting a prominent notice on our website, at least 30 days before the changes take effect where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
