Welcome to CardMatchly. By accessing or using our website, AI features, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Children under 13: The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@cardmatchly.com and we will take steps to delete such information. This provision is intended to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
CardMatchly provides an AI-powered credit card recommendation interface, accessible via our website and Telegram bot. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
A registered account via Kinde is required to access the AI agent and all core features of the Service. Access via Telegram requires linking your Telegram account to a registered CardMatchly account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@cardmatchly.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Our Service uses Google Gemini and third-party merchant lookup services to generate credit card recommendations. The AI agent retrieves real-time information about merchant categories, card earn rates, and promotions to provide current recommendations. The same accuracy disclaimers below apply when using the AI agent via Telegram.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Billing is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to provide valid and current payment information. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction, including:
Free Trial & Usage Limits:Free accounts receive a one-time allowance of 5 prompts with no time limit. Once this allowance is exhausted, access to the AI agent requires a paid subscription. Pro subscribers receive a prompt allowance that resets on a monthly billing cycle. Individual prompts are limited to 2,000 characters.

Our content: All content, software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to CardMatchly. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your inputs: You retain ownership of any content or data you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant CardMatchly a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content solely to provide the Service to you.
AI outputs: AI-generated responses are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We make no representation regarding the intellectual property status of AI outputs, and you assume full responsibility for any use thereof.
You may not use the Service to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardMatchly, its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to AI-generated inaccuracies, service interruptions, or data loss.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardMatchly and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Singapore, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account, or by posting a prominent notice on our website, at least 14 days before the changes take effect where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
